What You Get

Found Family

Your Found Family is the group of folks looking for answers to some of the same questions as you. Over 4 weeks they will become your people, your support. You’ll find authentic connection, deep conversation and camaraderie.

Facilitated Sessions

Get to know your Found Family through our two in-person/virtual sessions facilitated by a trained professional. They will be intimate and powerful. Trust us, you'll want to be there.

Self-Assessments

Data doesn’t lie. We use simple tests called “measures” to gauge where you're at and measure your progress. Imagine a series of buzzfeed quizzes, backed by science, and created to increase your self-understanding beyond what Harry Potter house you’ll land in.

Physical Workbook

We've gathered the most recent and validated research in topics such as identity, values, and goal setting and have put it in a beautifully designed workbook. We promise, this is a book you’ll want to hold on to.

Found Workbook

Schedule

Kickoff

During our kickoff session you will meet your Found Family, and begin to learn more about the Found path.

Week 1: Who Am I?

There are many factors that come together to form your Identity. In this chapter, we'll start breaking down ways to flush out your mental picture of who you are, aka your self-concept.

Week 2: What Matters To Me?

After being able to better claim “this is who I am,” we continue our growth by being able to state “and this is what I stand for.” Values help us anchor ourselves within the raging-sea of social expectation.

Week 3: What Do I Want?

Setting and sticking to goals is a great challenge for the majority of people. Here, we'll give you the tools to separate the noise from your true, actionable goals.

Seal It In

Your entire Found Family gets back together to discuss the individual and collective experiences over the past few weeks.

Only takes 5 min!

FAQS

+ What makes this process legit?

Science! Science and research involve an ongoing process of learning - scientists test, prove, and disprove ideas over and over again to find some strands of truth in them. At Found, we strive to engage with and learn from “ideas that have been established over multiple decades and reinforced by multiple approaches.” All the tools and frameworks we share with you on this path have been used in recent scientific and academic settings. The information, activities, and strategies you will encounter have been previously tested, as much as possible, with large sample sizes. That said, as amazing as science is, it “doesn’t offer perfect truth, only the best available truth."

+ Do I need to be able to make the kickoff and closing sessions?

Yes. We're keeping this group small so we want to make sure those who sign up can commit to both the sessions.

+ What is the weekly time commitment?

Other than the in-person sessions, no more than 30 min per week. Because personal growth is a continuous process, we give you little bite-sized pieces to do each week.

+ What type of work will we do each week?

Each week you'll go through a section of the workbook on your own. Expect to do self-assessments, a little reading, some short written exercises, and post/comment in your Found Family's group.

+ Why a print workbook?

There is too much digital noise out there. We believe good content is worth sitting down for, and engaging with, on multiple levels.

+ How much does it cost?

We'd like to be able to cover our costs to bring you the very best in professional facilitation, scientifically validated content, and beautiful space and materials. The total for all 4-weeks: $150. We think this is a great deal, we hope you agree.
